A General counsel and law firm from Washington DC shall be appointed by the Board of Directors as soon as the Business is fully operational in the US. The central function is to protect the company's Intellectual property around the glob, company’s trade secrets, and filed patents on behalf of the company.
As a Company general policy any legal matters, regulatory pending issues, and public relations communications, or any interviews in the published press, Magazines, national and International news outlets, by the company's officials has to be submitted for approval by the PRESIDENT& CEO, and the Legal Department before Final disclosure to the general consumption.
